Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by Fire Extinguisher Depot within 30 days of delivery. Based on the reason for return, the customer may be responsible for returned shipping charges as well as a 20-25% restocking fee. Please do not return an item without contacting our customer service first. If the return is a result of our error, the return will be at no additional cost to the customer.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
- Any item that has been used or tampered with.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any custom-made items or made to order items.
Return to Sender Fees
If a package is returned to to sender, we will automatically refund your credit card, less shipping and return fees, and a 20% restocking fee for the returned items.
Exchange Policy
Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
